______

Are you struggling with trauma, PTSD, or complex trauma?

My name is Daniel Moore.  As a therapist and nurse, I focus exclusively on helping people heal from all types of trauma.  I believe trauma leaves a long-lasting impact on our body, mind and soul – so I use several modalities when I work with trauma including:

·      Somatic Experiencing®

·      Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Releasing trauma requires careful guidance and it’s important to find a therapist you trust.  I am a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP®) with extensive training in healing traumas.  Somatic Experiencing® was developed by Peter Levine, PhD, who revolutionized the way we heal trauma by including the body in the process. '

In addition to focusing on thoughts and memories, Somatic Experiencing® uses body awareness and physical symptoms in the present moment as way to access and heal trauma.

I also work “top down” with people exploring their limiting thoughts, beliefs, and misunderstandings. These top down processes making releasing trauma uniquely hard for humans. Relational trauma are especially painful. I help clients process overwhelming and difficult experiences in a safe and loving container. I teach you the essential skills you need along this noble path.

I am always working to remain on the cutting edge of trauma treatment.  I offer ketamine as an option in treatment because it many people find it helpful in processing trauma — bringing together the mind and body more easily.

Trauma can take a long time to resolve.   Thankfully, my patients become happier and permanently more resilient as they heal their traumas.  This is termed post traumatic growth and that is a potential for all who have been hurt and harmed.

Please do not hesitate to call me to talk about trauma, even just to answer questions.  If I am not the right therapist for you, I may be able to get you to the right place.  My consultations are always free.

May you heal from trauma.
